The Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 was held on 21 December 2024 at the BWHC Head Office Conference room at 11:00 am. The meeting was chaired & facilitated by Ms. Jahanara Sadeque, the Honorable Chairperson of the BWHC Executive Committee and the general members participated in agenda-wise discussions. Mr. Sharif Mostafa Helal, Executive Director & Member Secretary of the Executive Committee presented the Report of Activities 2024 in front of the members of BWHC Society. He informed the meeting that near about 70 thousand women, adolescents and children received reproductive and general health services from BWHC center in the last 11 months. He added in the meeting that BWHC received more than 04 thousand phone call through it’s Hotline (24/7) Services through which the beneficiaries received services and necessary information about SRHR.

The AGM has been conducted physically and some 13 members among 25 members participated in this AGM 2023.

The AGM approved the decisions, activities, and initiatives taken in 2024 by the Executive Committee particularly, approved the Report of Activities 2024, Audit Report 2023, Annual Budget 2025. After the discussions and decisions, the meeting ended with a vote to the Chairperson.
