BWHC Executive Director joined the Inititial Meeting of EU Youth Project at Patan, Nepal
Mr. Sharif Mostafa Helal, the Executive Director of BWHC joined the initial meeting of the project “Breaking the Cycle” organized in the frame of the Erasmus+ Programme Capacity Building in the field of Youth and financially support from the European Community Budget from 9th – 14th October 2017.
The project ‘Breaking the Cycle’ aims to strengthen the capacity and commitment of young people from different regions of the world to take actions aimed at eradicating Gender Based Violence. In addition, it seeks to foster cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of GBV among young people. Promoting international mobility through non-formal learning. It has the participation of organizations from six countries, with extensive experiences in the field of GBV: KEDE (Greece), YOUTH FIRST (Madagascar), LACC (Nepal), CHSJ (India), BWHC (Bangladesh) and CERUJOVI (Spain).
Recently, BWHC along with the other aforesaid organizations have been awarded for implementing this project starting from August 2017 to September 2017.
